Description HR Generalist - Southlake, TXWe are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Southlake, Texas. This role focuses on compliance, background checks, E-Verify, employee relations, and general HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in all generalist HR duties, with a preference for those coming from the hospitality or restaurant industry. This position offers the potential for rapid growth into a Human Resources Business Partner role, with significant travel required after 9-12 months (This would be up to 40-50% Travel)This position offers the opportunity to quickly advance into a Human Resources Business Partner role, with substantial travel required to support HR operations at multiple locations. Interested candidates should email Joe.Faradie at roberthalf com an updated resumeRequirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role Demonstrated proficiency in communication skills, both written and verbal Proven experience in handling employee relations and resolving workplace conflicts Familiarity with hiring processes, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding Solid understanding of Human Resources administration, including benefits, compensation, and performance management Experience with E-Verify to confirm employees' eligibility to work in the United States Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Detail oriented in Human Resources (PHR) certification is a plus Proficiency in using HR software and HRIS systems Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
