As a Senior Inventory Control Assistant here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing inventory management and ensuring efficient Distribution Center operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the cycle count program for the Socorro, Tx Honeywell location. Your primary objectives will include leading and executing our cycle count program, troubleshooting IT/System transactional issues, and investigating inventory discrepancies, lead ongoing physical inventory counts. By leveraging your experience in inventory/warehouse operations and supply chain management, you will develop and implement inventory strategies to meet our business objectives.You will report directly to our Plant Manager, and you will work out of our Socorro, TX location on an on-site work schedule.In this role, you will impact the manufacturing and business operations at Honeywell. By effectively managing inventory accuracy, optimizing supply chain processes, you will improve customer satisfaction, minimize operation and manufacturing times.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage cycle count program.
Develop and implement inventory strategies to optimize accuracy.
Lead counting activities on yearly wall to wall inventory.
Collaborate with other site team members on issues and improvements.
Monitor inventory performance and implement corrective actions
