Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Finishing Load/Unload- 2nd Shift in Sherman, TX. The core hours are Monday through Friday from 2:30pm - 11:00pm. The rate for this position is $18.87 per hour plus a shift differential of $.60 per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:Position Summary :Assist paint line performance by performing duties including hanging/removing parts and material from load bar; recording of pieces, hours load bar information on computer.Job Functions:
Perform visual inspections of materials before and after painting.
Perform miscellaneous related assignments, such as masking, wrapping, touch-up painting, etc.
Maintain components and supplies as required to operate efficiently.
Perform 5S & continuous improvement activities.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent for an accredited institution.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
No relocation benefits are being offered.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with powder painting
Experience in a production environment
Position Criteria
Ability to read blueprints and use simple measuring tools
Ability to lift 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
Ability to work mandatory overtime, including weekends, and up to 12 hours in a shift
