Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Job SummaryAs the Quality Engineer, you will develop and lead proactive quality programs through analyzing customer requirements and developing quality control processes that meet or exceed quality standards. This role will lead quality engineering efforts for NPI programs through production and will also be assigned proactive quality initiatives within the department to meet customer and company demandsWhat You Will Do:

Lead the planning and execution of quality initiatives for New Product Introduction (NPI)

Develop, implement, and monitor robust quality processes to ensure final products meet all required quality standards

Drive continuous improvement in facility compliance with CQMS by evaluating quality requirements and developing effective processes and tools

Collaborate with internal and external departments to foster a zero-defect culture across operations.

Facilitate clear and effective communication with teams and across departments to align on quality objectives

Utilize advanced data analysis tools to assess and improve product quality, ensuring alignment with company standards

Apply quality management methods, tools, and techniques to support the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve quality issues, driving corrective actions and preventative measures

Lead quality reviews and provide feedback to enhance processes, ensuring alignment with both organizational goals and regulatory standards

Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to analyze data and present findings

What You Will Have:

Collaborating : Possesses working knowledge of collaborative techniques, with experience participating in productive group processes. Supports communication of shared goals and promotes collaboration across diverse teams, functions, and levels to help solve business challenges

Quality Management: Demonstrates extensive experience with quality management, assurance processes (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9000), and applying quality management systems, and best practices to exceed standards and improve quality

Manufacturing Standards, Procedures and Policies: Strong understanding of blueprints, GD&T tolerances, and measure system analysts ensuring precision and compliance. Possesses working knowledge of manufacturing standards and procedures, with the ability to plan and monitor processes for compliance. Contributes to implementing procedures, explains their rationale, and provides feedback to enhance operational effectiveness

Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Demonstrates extensive experience in applying RCA principles to resolve complex manufacturing issues, using techniques like re-actment, developing corrective actions, and addressing recurring problems

Technical Expertise: Strong engine knowledge with skills in troubleshooting, analysis, and applying engineering principles to improve performance and processes.

What Top Candidates Will Have:

Advanced proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data sets

Proficient in PowerBI for creating interactive reports and dashboards to drive insights and performance

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in quality
