Prefer 6 months minimum plumbing, construction, maintenance experience but will consider all applicants.
Mechanically inclined.
Ability to troubleshoot problems with creative solutions.
Exhibit a positive “can-do” attitude.
Be a team player.
A valid and current Texas driver's license.
Able to pass a drug/background test.
Reliable transportation and current insurance.
Be legal to work in the U.S.
