Painters brush and roll prep work a plus

Need painters who can brush and roll prep and have own whites and brush and roller. Must have at least 3 years experience. 20 hr usually 10 to 12 hour days untill the goal is hit for that day pay is very Monday job is Monday thru Thursday 12 hour days job should last about 3 weeks.
