We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Restoration Handyman’s Helper to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview:
As a Helper, you will assist our skilled remodelers with various tasks on job sites. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the restoration industry and develop valuable skills while working in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with and quickly learn how to perform drywall repair, painting, siding, fascia, glazing bead, replacing window screens, installing gutter guards, and other projects assigned by management.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions from leads.
Transport materials and tools to and from job sites.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction or remodeling is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Ability and desire to work overtime as needed, including some Saturdays.
Bilingual is a plus but must speak English.
Ability to lift up to 110 pounds.
