Private room for rent in Wimberley Salon! Rent is 175/ week, collected on friday. The first week is free to get you on your feet and set up. Personalization of room is encouraged, so painting or wall paper or whatever it is to make it feel like your space is welcome!
Lease is a 6 month minimum, then a 1 month notice is required for move out.
This space would be especially beneficial for a hairstylist new to the area or looking to build their books, as we have a landline that receives multiple calls per week from new clients, and the other renters here have full books.
The space comes unfurnished, but the shampoo bowl used in the picture is available if needed, as well as some furniture and used salon equipment.
The salon has wifi and a refrigerator with drinks for guests. We have a small break room and towels are provided.
