Responsibilities:

Utilize your expertise and sales skills to implement a "one call close" approach, efficiently guiding clients through the sales process from initial contact to finalizing the sale in a single interaction.

Implement cross-selling strategies within our existing book of business to recommend additional insurance products or services that align with clients' needs and enhance their coverage.

Proactively ask clients for referrals to expand our customer base and generate new leads.

Actively seek out new clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and other prospecting methods that do not involve cold calling.

Proactively manage client retention by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and providing options.

Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and resolve billing-related issues promptly.

Process policy endorsements, updates, and changes accurately to meet clients' needs and comply with regulations.

Provide personalized guidance and recommendations to clients, helping them choose the most suitable insurance policies to meet their needs.

Deliver top-notch customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the policy lifecycle.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities using our CRM system.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to effectively advise clients and drive sales.

Qualifications:

Must hold a valid General Lines Property and Casualty (P&C) license.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry.

Proven track record in sales, with a focus on insurance or related financial services.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Dedication to upholding ethical standards and compliance with industry regulations.

Must demonstrate a coachable attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques.

Strong follow-up process to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Adapts well to rejection, maintaining persistence and determination to overcome obstacles and achieve sales targets.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred, but not required.

Compensation:

Competitive compensation range: $30,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with skills, experience, performance, certifications, licenses, and education.
