Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license
Pass a drug test and a background check
Over the age of 18
Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment.
Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Bilingual is a Plus
Automotive industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
The ability to multitask.
Must be efficient with computers.
Taking inbound calls
Setting appointments.
Routing inbound calls and appointments to the correct employee.
Making daily outbound calls for sales department
Demonstrate excellent business development skills, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about the Customers’ needs and concerns.
Promote Teamwork to deliver on time and accurate appointments for the sales and service team during all operating hours.
Participates in training, following safety procedures, job duties, and company policies.
