US Micro Products is seeking a part time shipping clerk to join our company in our new warehouse in Kyle, Texas. The individual will be responsible for receiving and shipping our products. This will include inspection, shipping quotes, demo kits, processing online orders and more.

Responsibilities
As our shipping clerk, you will be responsible for:
The receipt and the delivery of customer products
Inspect goods received, ensure that the correct number and type of product has been shipped without damage
Prepare customer shipments according to USMP guidelines so that product is shipped on time and without damage
Process, inspect and repair Return Authorizations (RMAs) for customers
Support our customer service, sales teams and general office tasks
Obtain shipping quotes
Maintain Demo Kit inventory
Process Online Orders
Physical inventory counts and reconciliation
Ordering office supplies as needed
Qualifications
Ability to work part time (5 hours a day, Monday through Friday)
Familiarity with shipping, receiving and customs
Desire to help out in other departments
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Experience with customer service
