Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas, including outdoor areas, hallways, and restrooms.
Perform routine deep cleaning tasks to ensure a well-kept and functional workspace.
Assist with setting up and breaking down events or meetings, including moving furniture and equipment as needed.
Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with environmental standards.
Monitor and restock supplies in restrooms, common areas, and other assigned areas.
Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or repair needs to management promptly.
Provide courteous and prompt service to employees and clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a porter, custodial, cleaning crew or similar role preferred.
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to perform physical tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on customer service.
