Effective management of financial data and preparation of monthly financial statements to ensure timely financial analyses.
Lead budgeting processes by involving relevant stakeholders to develop highly informed, realistic budgets reflecting our mission and objectives.
Presentation and communication of financial reports and insights to non-finance members across the organization.
Streamline accounting functions and operations to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Comprehensive forecasting to assist strategic planning, using both historical and projected financial data.
Manage the implementation of financial auditing processes and cooperate with auditing services externally.
Advocate for financial education across departments, help team members understand their budgets, and encourage sound financial decision-making.
Assist in grant-processing efforts, ensuring fund usage stays within specification.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably within non-profit organizations.
Comprehensive knowledge of non-profit GAAP standards.
Dedication to the non-profit mission of the organization with the ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
