Description Input data from daily time sheets, production records or individual time cards to computerized payroll system.
Verifies timecard accuracy, correct cost codes and completeness.
Responsible for verifying proper approval for timecards and all time worked.
Responsible for balancing payroll runs, uploading payroll to a central location on a daily basis.
Responsible for producing manual checks for onsite reasons (i.e. layoff, termination, etc.).
Contact various department supervisors for any missed time worked.
Verify hours worked and compliance for individual trades as per union agreements.
Responsible for submitting certified payroll.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Business Manager.
Requirements
Requires a high school diploma or GED.
3 years of payroll experience required.
