We’re looking for an OSP Construction Coordinator to join our team in San Marcos, TX! This is a full-time, in-office role with a Monday–Friday schedule (40 hours/week).Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-construction field inspections, walkouts, and site visits.
Coordinate with stakeholders to address and resolve project issues.
Assign tasks to construction crews, set deadlines, and monitor progress.
Review construction packages, permits, and project documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
Prepare detailed work prints, create job cost estimates, and develop bills of materials.
Perform field reviews and post-construction inspections to verify project standards.
Maintain organized records and documentation for all assigned projects.
Keep our project management system updated weekly.
Provide accurate forecasting and reporting throughout the month.
Collaborate with management to support market operations.
Qualifications:
Solid understanding of outside plant engineering and construction.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Knowledge of construction safety standards.
