DescriptionOfficeTeam are currently working with a services company in San Marcos who are looking for a Dispatcher to join their team on a temporary to full-time basis. The job requirements for this role will include:
Customer service experience - managing multiple phone lines and 50-100 inbound/outbound calls per day
High volume email correspondence and preparing outbound marketing materials
Attention to detail and organization skills are a must
An associates/bachelors degree is preferred and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite is required. In addition, interpersonal skills are a necessity in order to be a long term fit.
