Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to fill the role of a Customer Service Representative for our HVAC business. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, ensuring customers receive the maximum value from our services. Individuals experienced in creating memorable customer experiences are encouraged to apply.Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries concerning our HVAC products and services, pricing, availability, and product uses in a timely manner.
Process HVAC service orders and arrange for their dispatch and installation.
Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Keep records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and file documents.
Collaborate with the HVAC technical team to address and solve customer needs.
Contribute to the customer service team's overall goals by accomplishing related duties as needed.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Working knowledge of HVAC industry is a plus.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
