Description About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis. This position plays a crucial role in managing client accounts, processing orders, and providing top-notch customer service. As we transition to a new structure within the department, responsibilities will be consolidated, and you’ll play an active role in shaping this evolution.Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer orders (FedEx and UPS) for same-day fulfillment
Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date account records
Handle client relations and account management, including occasional upselling and product knowledge assistance
Build strong relationships with customers and internal team members
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely order processing
Requirements
Hard Skills:
Ability to type at least 45 WPM and proficient in 10-key typing
Data entry experience with a strong attention to accuracy
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Light retail experience and familiarity with sales orders is a plus
English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing); Spanish is a plus

Ability to quickly learn and memorize product SKUs and customer shipping details
Excellent work ethic: dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
