Adecco is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for a well -known New Braunfels, TX company. Ideal candidate will have corporate A/P experience, vendor relations and experience with invoices and purchase orders. Please read job description below.
Position is Monday-Friday / 8am-5pm / Temp-to-Hire

The Corporate Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for timely processing of all accounts payable and maintaining accurate accounting records.
Sort vendor invoices by purchasing branch and payment terms.Â
Verify required approvals, purchase orders, and account coding.
Post invoices to accounts payable records.
Prepare checks for mailing.
Reconcile vendor statements.
Process employee expense reports for payment.
Research and initiate resolution of problems or discrepancies.
Must maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Must maintain a professional appearance.
Perform other duties as may be assigned.
