Looking for Driver to haul sand in South Texas

Looking for driver to haul sand boxes in south Texas. Must have CDL Class A with minimum 2 years experience with clean record. I’m paying 30-35% of the load depending on your experience. You will be driving a 2017 Freightliner Cascadia, 560hp with Cummins engine and it has 10 speed manual transmission. I’m looking at putting the truck with Forgeline Logistics but you’ll have input on what company to work with. I plan on putting a blower on the truck in the near future so I can do pneumatics.
