We are seeking experienced commercial drivers to work with our high performance team, where we focus on safety, quality execution, agility, and communication.
Key Details:
- W-2 position (tax exempt available)
- Competitive salary averages $800 - $1200 + per week
- Pay is based on load count completion
- Local transports only - No traveling jobs
- 5-6 days / week, hours between 5 am - 6 pm daily.
- Trucks/Trailers provided - new and maintained daily by our in-house shop.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure roadworthiness.
- Secure cargo and properly handle any special requirements.
- Maintain accurate logs of activities and submit reports as required.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned vehicle.
- Comply with all safety procedures and protocols.
Qualifications:
- (2) years experience minimum
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A CDL) with clean driving record
- Maximum of (2) accidents or (1) speeding ticket in last (3) years
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Excellent driving skills and a commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Mandatory road test and drug test must pass prior to hire
