Positions Available
Structured Cabling Technicians (Multiple Levels Based on Experience)
Level One – Technician has basic skills and some experience in the field or relative education trade or degree
Basic structured cabling skills, including pulling, terminating, and testing Cat 5e, Cat 6, and Coax cables.
Level Two – Advanced Technician
Ability to work independently on project sections with little supervision, install racks, and build structured cabling infrastructure.
Level Three – Lead Technician
Exhibits leadership qualities and the ability to run a small crew, ensuring projects are completed according to company standards. Responsible for fiber splicing, training junior technicians, troubleshooting, and overseeing quality control on job sites.
Service Technicians
Responsible for attending client sites to test, troubleshoot, and repair network cabling and equipment.
Install, maintain, and cross-connect phone lines and extensions.
Install and troubleshoot network switches, servers, UPS, and access points.
Project Managers
Base salary between sixty-five thousand and eighty thousand dollars, plus bonuses and incentives.
Oversee projects, manage technicians, and ensure efficiency and deadlines are met.
Work directly with clients, engineers, and vendors to ensure successful installations.

Job Responsibilities for Technicians
Install, terminate, and test Cat 5e, Cat 6, and Coax cables.
Install network switches, routers, UPS, and access points.
Build out MDFs and IDFs, install racks, and create cable pathways using basket trays, J-hooks, sleeves, and conduit.
Level Two technicians must be able to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Level Three lead technicians must be experienced in fiber splicing, capable of leading a small team, ensuring quality control, and maintaining company standards on job sites.
Job Responsibilities for Project Managers
Oversee structured cabling projects and manage technician teams.
Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Work directly with clients and engineers to coordinate installations.
Lead teams, solve problems, and drive efficiency.
Requirements for All Positions
Minimum of two years of experience preferred. Level One positions are available for candidates with some field experience.
Must have basic hand tools, including snips, punch tool, drill, screwdrivers, and toners.
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel daily within San Antonio and surrounding areas. Mileage compensation is provided.
Must be a team player with strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers, technicians, and customers.
