Superior Skilled Trades is currently seeking Solar Laborers for a solar project in Knippa, TX.
PAY: $18 - $19 per hour (Based on Experience)
HOURS: 7:00 AM to 3:30pm
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday
START DATE: ASAP
We are looking for applicants with previous construction and/or solar experience.
Assemble, install, or maintain solar systems and other structures in compliance with site assessments and schematics.
Responsibilities Solar Laborers:
Operate and care for solar equipment.
Prep solar sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
Load or unload solar materials.
Follow instructions from supervisors.
Load and unload equipment and materials
Responsible for the preparation, handling and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts
Solar panel install
Rigging
Racking assembly
Torque tube assembly
Pile layout
General cleanup and clearing of debris
Layout conduit
Staging panels
Qualifications for Solar Laborers:
Previous experience in with solar
Familiarity with plumbing and fixture installation is a plus
Ability to use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
Ability to climb, twist ,stand, kneel, bend for long periods.
Must be able to lift
Experience with forklift operation is a plus
Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in the US
Must be able to pass drug screen & background check
Must have reliable transportation
Must have all PPE Gear
