We are seeking a skilled maintenance tech to join our team. The hours at night 10pm-6am/ 11pm-7am. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, including maintenance, and repair and mechanical and electrical. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who has successful experience in: minor drywall patching/painting
-minor plumbing(plungering a toilet, change out of faucet & toilet valves,
-changing ceiling tiles (ladder use)
-changing out light bulbs (ladder use)
-recognizing an HVAC related problem to report properly
-silencing an alarm (training will be provided for specific alarms).
