This job primarily is picking up litter in parking lot before shoppers arrive.
Lateror maybe helpful to be able to perform slight maintenance duties .(Like replace a stop sign if need be) Must have a truck . Dependability is critical. Great pay for the right person. Responsibilities:
- Perform general porter maintenance (trash pick-up) and possibly minor repairs at shopping
center exterior work
- Conduct routine inspections
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Shifts are
Every Day 5 am to 1pm and also. Saturday and Sunday nites 8 pm to 12 midnite for property monitoring. Car ok for this shift
Qualifications:
-Experience preferred or good eye for detail. Cant miss trash.
- Strong skills with the ability to self supervise
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills and use of cell phone and computer if needed .
-Must be energetic and able to work in most weather conditions and must be reliable
-Ideally looking for long term employment
