It seems that a constant problem at RRC is our inability to find a constant supply of experienced technicians to accommodate our growth.
I would like to motivate you to constantly be on the look out for experienced qualified people and, I don’t have any problem with hiring from other companies.
If you are responsible for us hiring any new service tech, each 180 days he is here I will write you a check for $1,000.00…

At all times we need at least 10 additional service techs. If you can find 10 more techs for us, we will be writing a check to you every 6 months for $10,000.00
