Let me tell you a story.
I spoke to this applicant today who had a good history and lots of experience in our industry and I asked him what hourly rate he wanted to start at. He said $30.00 per hour.
The more I spoke to him the more I could see that his experience was really excellent so I told him if he wanted to work for us, I would start him at $35.00.
So he came in to meet us and talk a little more and we did hire him and we put him on a plan so that by the end of 12 months he should be making $50.00 per hour or $104,000.00 per year after his first year and there is still more money after that because he will become involved in profit sharing.
We also have a 3 year plan where a technician can make a pay check of $5,000.00 per week.
