MAINTENANCE TECH:
We are seeking a commercial maintenance technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial services in HOA common areas, pools bathrooms, event spaces, and other contracted facilities within HOA’s. This includes troubleshooting any issues, as well as reporting preventive maintenance to ensure our customers' facility is running smoothly. A good deal of the cleaning is performed in the outdoor pool areas, and restrooms, stocking paper products in the restrooms, inventory, and taking out the trash, and blowing the pools decks and common areas with a commercial blower. Some heavy lifting of trash bags, as well as rolling trash cans to and from curbs at pool complexes. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. An assistant will be hired for the right candidate.
A few of our customers contract with us for landscaping as well. Familiarity with mowers, blowers, landscaping and planting is preferred.
Ability to use common tools, painting and problem solving is also preferred.

PAY WILL DEPEND ON EXPERIENCE $18.00
