We are looking for a supervisor for 3 small properties, totaling 115 units. Properties are in very good condition. Requirements: reliable transportation/own personal hand tools/HVAC certified/ CPO Certified preferred/minimum 3 years experience as maintenance supervisor/HAPPY/Self motivated/background check/ drug screen THC not tested.
