Last week the pay for the top technician in this company was $7,000.00. We taught him how to make this much money. If you are in the HVAC/R industry, how much money do you want to make? Face it: if you can get all the overtime in the world, this is not somethin that is going to make you rich and successful.
Technicians in our company can make from $2,000.00 to $5,000.00 per week and how long that takes you to achieve is entirely up yo you but at the same time, we cn teach you how to do it.
Let me make this entirely clear to you. If you are good in this industry and or if you consider yourself to be the best, you really should work for us. We can teach you how to work 40 hours and bill 50 or 60 hours for that time. We teach you how to bill like doctors. Do you know what that means? Do you know of any doctors that charge by the hour?
There is no one that you know who ever got rich by billing by the hour. If you study Elon Musk. Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates or Warren Buffett; none of these guys made money by working a lot of hours. The secret to getting rich is getting to know people and building relationships.
As a matter of fact, one of my favorite sayings from Warren Buffet is this: THE MORE YOU LEARN: THE MORE YOU EARN.
Think about this: would you rather get paid by the hour or would you like to be paid for your knowledge?
Getting paid for your knowledge is much more profitable.
I'm guessing the there may not be any company interested in paying you $50.00 or more per hour buy we can show you how to do that within 2 to 3 months of your employment if you are a very good mechanic! Is that you?
