1. Right now, if you are really an experienced skilled service tech I can immediately pay you $5.00 more per hour than what you are making right now. That is the same thing as a $10,000.00 annual raise.
2. Our normal starting rate is always between $30.00 to $50.00 per hour.
3. If you refer a skilled service tech to us that we hire, there is a $5,000.00 bonus for each one you help us find and we hire.
4. If we hire your reference and he is successful, you will also get 10% of his net profit each week.
