Auto Mechanics Wanted
This position is extremely flexible. You can work part time. You can work fulltime. You can work here at our offices or you can work at your home. You can work Monday thru Friday or you can just work weekends. You can work in the days or you can work in the nights. You can be employed as a master mechanic somewhere else and still work for me in your spare time.
I need an auto mechanic for company trucks which are Dodge Promaster, Chevrolet Uplanders and Mercedes Benz Metris vans.
I am looking for an extremely skilled person.
I think if you call yourself an automotive mechanic; everyone in the world can do the following: Brakes, Water pumps, Power steering, change oil, fix or change tires and from time to time, maybe AC.
My mechanics need a heck of a lot more than just that! They have to be able to tell me why all dash lights are on and what has to be done to get them off such as the following:
Check engine, Traction control, ABS. Air Bag control, and any and all other lights.
I need someone who can tell me why an engine seized if it is locked up and can we repair it and if so, how much?
I need to have someone who is interested in always learning more and becoming better.
Everybody in the world has an amount of money they want or need to be paid per hour. I also think that you and I have an idea about auto mechanics and what they Are paid depending on where they work. In other words, I don’t think the top mechanic at Mercedes Benz makes ten dollars an hour. I think that mechanic makes between 40 and 50 dollars an hour.
If you are the best mechanic in San Antonio, then I will pay you the same as the Mercedes Benz mechanics.
