This Position is on a Military Installation, the below Criteria is a MUST!
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE or ID
MUST HAVE A BIRTH CERTIFICATE or PASSPORT
MUST HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND
(NO FELONIES/NO MISDEMEANOR w/in Past 10 Years)
Essential duties:
Perform all assigned tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Must be able to strip/wax VCT tiles (attention to detail is critical)
Must know how to burnish floors with a High Speed
Must be able to extract and bonnet carpets
Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to policy and procedure.
May also be needed to support our janitorial program (other duties as assigned)
Ability to work with little supervision.
Reports safety hazards when identified.
Observe safety precautions at all times, uses safety signs
Must be able to operate the following pieces of equipment;
Low speed Side by Side
High Speed Burnish
Carpet Extractor
Wet /Dry Vacuum
Drying Fan
Walk Behind scrubber
Ride on Scrubber
Must be able to verbally describe how to accomplish specific tasks when interviewed.
2nd Shift Saturday-Wednesday 1pm-9:30pm
