Job Description:
We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Concrete Finishers to join our team! Whether you specialize in wet or dry concrete finishing, we want you to bring your expertise to our growing company. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay.
As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for smoothing, leveling, and finishing surfaces of poured concrete in commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with various concrete finishing techniques and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finish concrete surfaces to required specifications
- Smooth and level concrete using hand tools, power tools, and finishing machines
- Work with wet or dry concrete to create high-quality surfaces
- Ensure proper curing and sealing of concrete as needed
- Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other crew members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in concrete finishing (wet or dry)
- Ability to use concrete finishing tools and equipment (trowels, floats, power screeds, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in outdoor conditions
