Servpro of Stone Oak is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation for our exclusive clientele in Stone Oak.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with adjusters, project inspectors, contractors, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Negotiate with adjusters and sub-contractors to receive reasonable project budgets and expenses
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
Have proper sub-contractors for rebuilding a home from the ground up (ex. Painter, drywall, flooring, cabinets, framing, roofing, masonry, and trade partners)
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to upsell customer on expanded scopes or additional projects
