A/C Skilled Water Source Tech

We need a skilled AC tech/independent contractor who has a licensed business with a W-9 to install acuators and complete a modification to our water source 2 pipe AC’s in our hotel guestrooms. We provide all tools and supplies and we need the labor. The AC’s are in the ceiling of each room. We are starting at $500 for typical rooms up to $1,000 for others. We only are looking for experienced technicians who are able to freeze and modify lines as well. We will have you complete two rooms to begin and once operational will have you complete 10-15 per month for a total of 94. You can work any days the rooms are available anytime between 7 am and 8 pm although it will only take 2-3 hours per unit for the tech with the right skills. Looking to hire someone immediately. Payment is always by check within 30 days of completion and you can bill us as often as you want. Free parking in Downtown San Antonio is provided. Also very willing to do trade as well or a portion on trade. Must be professional, efficient, licensed and flexible. Great side job to complete on weekends for an experienced A/C technician with a business license.
