Role Overview:
-We are seeking a skilled, commission-based salesperson who is aligned with our client- and employee-centric approach. This role is essential in helping us build partnerships with commercial clients who value the same commitment to quality and service. -This role offers significant flexibility, empowering you to manage your schedule while achieving meaningful results. With clear targets and uncapped earning potential, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth within a target range of $200,000 to $400,000 in new commercial sales annually.
Responsibilities:
-Generate leads and build strong relationships with decision-makers in commercial sectors such as offices and retail spaces.
-Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations that convey the unique value of Aally’s services and our commitment to quality.
-Negotiate contracts and terms that prioritize client satisfaction and align with Aally’s standards.
Qualifications:
-Excellent networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to genuinely connect with a variety of professionals.
-Self-motivated and driven to achieve results in a commission-based role.
-Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
Compensation:
-This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. The successful candidate will earn a competitive 10% commission on all new sales, with additional incentives for exceeding targets. Potential earnings are projected between $20,000 and $40,000 annually based on achieving sales within the target range.
