Presidio Roofing is seeking to hire a Residential Roofing Sales Manager
The Sales Manager’s primary role is to manage our sales team in order to maximize revenue by driving the sales of residential roofing repairs and replacements, gutter installations, GAF Solar shingles, and other trade work offered by Presidio Roofing.
As Sales Manager, your primary focus in achieving your goal, is to support, motivate, and hold accountable your sales team. Roofing Sales is an inherently erratic and often inconsistent income source for salespeople; thus, an effective Sales Manager is one who can help create an environment for their team that serves to help each salesperson (project manager) create consistency in their sales.
We are not the kind of roofing company that is expecting a sales manager to come in and just run their own show, generate their own business, and essentially run a company within a company! We are looking for someone to come in with the goal of optimizing our existing structure achieve the highest level of efficiency possible.
We have an incredibly strong brand awareness and our lead generation system and processes are producing an extremely high flow of incoming leads on a daily basis. We invest heavily into building our brand and bringing in leads from all sources, and thus we are only looking for someone who understands the value and important of maximizing every sale.
Key Duties of a Sales Manager in our System Include:
Validating and Assigning leads
Assisting sales people in their sales process to facility highest close rates possible
Managing files with our CRM
Hiring sales people and effectively retaining sales people
Holding team building meetings and trainings
Helping sales people in their sales techniques
Interacting with clients
Important Skills:
Familiarity or expertise with residential roofing
Effective sales person
Proficiency with computers, smart phones, and standard utilization of apps and software programs
Understanding of basic estimating procedures
Willingness to learn
Knowledge of the insurance claim process
Experience in the residential restoration industry
Requirements:
Working vehicle for transportation (gas reimbursement provided)
Clean, presentable person
No drug use or alcohol issues
Ability to commit full effort to the position and a desire to succeed at the highest levels possible
Compensation:
$65-75k Salary range based on experience

Based on historical numbers the base comp package will be valued around $110,000 but the goal is to maximize and there is no cap on bonuses. A successful sales manager should be making 2-3x this base value.
