We are seeking an Intake/Sales Lead for growing Law Firm. This role will lead and manage the intake and sales team, ensuring every client’s first interaction is professional, informative, and handled with care. This role is critical to maintaining high conversion rates, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting overall firm growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and mentor intake and sales staff.
Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
Review call logs, sales notes, and client files for quality assurance.
Ensure all leads and inquiries are followed up in a timely and effective manner.
Work closely with marketing and legal teams to align messaging and client expectations.
Handle escalated client concerns or complex intake scenarios.
Maintain scripts, sales materials, and training guides up-to-date.
Report regularly on KPIs, team performance, and client trends.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in legal intake, sales, or customer service (supervisory role preferred).
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage performance and motivate a team.
Knowledge of CRM or legal case management software
Bilingual in English and Spanish Required
