Job Description:
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative at Arrow Construction Services, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with a passion for sales and the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the construction industry
Conduct sales calls and meetings to present Arrow Construction Services' offerings
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored solutions
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in our CRM system
Qualifications:
Interest in sales, preferably with some exposure to the staffing or construction industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Related Field Preferred
