Position Overview:As a Field Canvasser, you will play a crucial role in our outreach efforts by engaging with members of the community to promote our products/services. You will be responsible for representing our company in a positive and professional manner while effectively communicating our value proposition to potential customers. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $15 per hour, with the opportunity to earn additional income through commission-based incentives.
Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated neighborhoods or areas to generate leads and promote company offerings.
Engage with residents in a friendly and persuasive manner to communicate product/service benefits and answer any questions.
Collect contact information and pertinent data such as insurance policies from interested individuals for follow-up by our sales team
Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes using provided technology tools or forms.
Meet or exceed established performance targets for lead generation and conversion.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in direct sales, customer service, or canvassing is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Basic proficiency with technology and smartphone usage for data entry and communication purposes.
