We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team, with opportunity for advancement! You will perform clerical and administrative sales support functions, reporting directly to the General Manager. We are a medium sized automotive sales and rental business. Your role will include pre-sale and post-sale support. This includes inventory management of vehicles and registration of sales. Pre-sale support includes CRM software and email, text contact with customers.

Responsibilities:
Enter new inventory in Dealer Management software.
Upload new inventory to Websites via Dealer Management software.
Respond to Customer Inquiries
Greet and assist walk in guests
Answer inbound telephone calls, return voicemails
Follow and maintain organized filing systems- both paper and electronic
Perform all other office tasks and special projects as directed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Requirements:
Valid Texas Driver's License
Reliable transportation
Able to commit to work schedule with minimal to none absences or tardiness, etc.
Able to work Monday-Friday and Saturday (usually half day)
Ability to travel to other offices, if needed
