Systems Administrator100% Remote due to COVIDSUMMARY This position is assisting one of our top clients with an O365 migration effort, specifically the mail migration portion of the project. KEY RESULT AREAS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Works on assigned IT service requests following IT practices, documentation and policies. 2. Responsible for appropriate installation, maintenance and support of most of mail service technology. This includes desktop and laptop computer hardware; Microsoft operating system and product knowledge is a must. 3. Creates and updates IT technical documentation and make recommendations to internal stakeholders. 4. Identifies causative factors and develops corrective actions to assist in the migration process.
