Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store management, team leadership, and customer service.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Set and achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure proper merchandising and pricing strategies are implemented
- Monitor and control expenses to maximize store profitability
- Handle cash register operations and reconcile daily sales
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in basic math for inventory management and financial transactions
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building lasting relationships
