This role is remote to residents near the Texas market
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our San Antonio Sales teams are hiring! You will be responsible for acquiring or selling properties for the investment firm by negotiating with what we purchase, and at what price. This includes frequent phone, text, and email communication with buyers and sellers, as well as in-person meet-ups with clients. In addition to building rapport with our clients, you would be responsible for setting appointments and showing properties within the area.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must either have a TX Real Estate License or currently be enrolled in RE School

PAY STRUCTURE
12 weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned. Upon completion of training, the base pay is changed to $14.60 per hour, against commission; whichever is greater. Our top reps earn anywhere between $5,000 and $12,000 each month in commissions.
