Multifamily Owner/management company is looking to hire a full time experienced property manager to help manage
a 153 Unit A-Type Apartment Community:
Requirements:
- 5 years minimum experience as a multifamily property manager.
- Customer service oriented.
- Organized and detail oriented personality.
- Available to work Monday-Friday 8:30 to 5:30 p.m. and the first Saturday of each month from 10:00 - 5:00 p.m.
- Proficient in the following software: One Site, MS Office and Blue Moon.
- Strong written and oral communication.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Possess a reliable vehicle and current drivers license.
- Pass a criminal background check and drug free test.
- Provide previous work references.
Tasks:
- Enforce timely collection of rent.
- Coordinate and handle a team of 1 office assistants/leasing agent and 2 maintenance techs/porter.
- Coordinate vendors for make ready and property repairs.
- Produce Monthly reconciliation and management reports
- Review, approve and record property invoices from vendors and suppliers.
- Walk and leasing Apartments with high customer service.
- Follow financial budget and maintain expenses under budget.
- Maintain high occupancy with qualified tenants.
- Maintain the property and the units in good standing at all times.
- Answer phones and prospect enquiries.
- Review and approve lease applications. (Integrate File)
- Collecting rent and create deposit batches and submit deposits to bank.
- Issuing notices to vacate, renewals and non-renewals.
- File evictions in court and submit files to collections agency.
- Create weekly market analysis-comparative reports.
- Creating newsletters and distributing notices to tenants.
- Inspect move out and move in apartments.
- Send Final Account Statements to former residents within the legal time frame.
- Posses high level of professionalism, courtesy and customer service.
