We are looking for a part time caller 4 hours/day. You would be calling the leads inside of our CRM as well as outbound outreach to possible home sellers.
We will train the right candidate that meets the following criteria:
Real Estate Sales Experience Preferred - Not necessary in RE. Any sales experience is preferred.
Ability to be likeable and trustworthy.
Ability to be Flexible and Open to Change - No Big Egos here.
Not afraid to talk to people on the phone
Not anxious about calling strangers even when you don’t know what you are doing exactly.
In other words, we are looking for someone who has the ability to think quickly on their feet and figure things out with limited information at hand.
