Looking to hire ASAP for an assistant maintenance technician.
Must have apartment experience at least 3 years.
Responsible to make apartments ready, complete work orders in a timely manner,
pick up grounds, maintain swimming pool etc.
Will rotate on call every other week.
Must have own transportation and own tools.
Work week is Monday through Friday from 8:30-5:30
