Ideal candidates are reliable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable with building systems, software tools, and tenant interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, light HVAC, carpentry)
Roof patching and minor leak repairs
Schedule and supervise work by general contractors
Utilize maintenance software to track work orders and update status
Maintain clean, safe, and well-documented building environments
Provide prompt and professional communication with tenants and managers
Required Skills:
2 + years of commercial property maintenance experience
Familiarity with building systems and basic trades
Computer-literate (MS Office, maintenance ticketing platforms)
Clear communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
