Must have 2 years of Health Care Experience, must be bilingual, and must be able to work as a Team.
Must have GED or equivalent. Will report directly to Program Director (San Antonio).

THERAPY COORDINATOR DUTIES:
. Responsible for supervising and managing the rehabilitation/ therapy department to meet client needs, the company’s fiscal requirements, and federal and state regulations.
. Send therapy referrals to therapy agencies.
. Send referrals to the appropriate therapist designated in the area.
. Help coordinate initial date and time of therapist visit with client.
. Make telephone calls to clients to confirm therapists’ visits.
. Daily scanning and attaching therapist’s notes into the system.
. Make telephone calls to the agencies to follow up on their open invoices.
. Update therapist’s credentials in the system in a timely manner.
. Responsible for general office duties, such as filing, faxing, etc.
